Hi, I’m Lauren Rockett.

I’m not your traditional mortgage lender. I’m a liability advisor who helps you borrow with intention so your cash flow stays strong and your long term plan stays smart.

I have a finance degree with honors, I’m triple licensed in real estate, mortgages, and health and life insurance, and I bring 28 years of real world real estate experience to every conversation. I think like an agent because I was one for 12 years, so timing, negotiation, and deal structure are not afterthoughts to me. They are the whole game.

My specialty is what most people do not get offered: Home Select, investor loans, and second position solutions, plus every traditional option when it truly fits. We start with a quick prequalification call, then a strategy call, and you get a step by step plan to closing. After you close, I check in at 30 days, then we do a yearly review of your portfolio, liabilities, and next moves.

I serve clients across the United States except New York, and I’m currently licensed in California, Virginia, and Alabama
